Airport yoga

Good morning world,

Before dawn today I started a journey to Costa Rica for a rare family gathering. I’m feeling super blessed to be able to travel, see my people and spend time in one of my favourite places, airports! Cherry on top, Denver airport is brilliantly sunny and beautiful today. I got so inspired, I did a short yoga practice in the waiting room and thought I’d share it with you.

It’s a flowing, fun and at times fierce sequence. It involve some impromptu foot transitions and getting in and out of poses in a different way than usually taught. Just make sure you keep holding good alignment- hugging your muscles to your bones, and bring your shoulder blades onto your back- and listen to your body, it knows what’s right.

I found it refreshing, try it out if you have some space at work, at home, or on your next stopover 🙂
